At Zongée, every garment is crafted with care and quality-checked before dispatch. We keep our process clear, fair, and customer-first so you can shop with confidence.

1) Return & Exchange Window

  • Request a return or exchange within 3 days from delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original packaging & tags.
  • Requests beyond 3 days cannot be accepted due to hygiene and inspection protocols.

Tip: Try your outfit carefully at home and keep tags on to remain eligible.

2) Eligibility Checklist

  • Include original tags, labels, invoice, and packaging.
  • No wear, wash, alterations, stains, odors, or damage.
  • For defect/damage/wrong item claims, an unboxing video is required (see next section).

3) Unboxing Video Requirement (For Any Issue)

  1. Start recording before opening the parcel.
  2. Show all sides of the sealed package and the shipping label.
  3. Record the full unboxing in one continuous take, clearly showing the product, tags, and any issue.

This quick step helps us resolve genuine cases swiftly and fairly.

4) Refund Options ~ Two Easy Choices

A) Store Credit Refund - Free & Instant

  • No deductions or charges - you receive the full value as store credit.
  • Store Credit is issued instantly after approval and never expires.
  • Perfect for quick reorders without waiting for bank processing.

B) Bank/UPI Refund : 5–7 Business Days

  • Refund to your Bank or UPI account within 5–7 business days after approval and quality check.
  • ₹350 per order handling charge applies to cover logistics, inspection, and processing.
  • Timing depends on your bank’s settlement cycle; we initiate promptly once approved.

5) Exchanges (Size or Replacement)

  • ₹170 per order exchange fee (covers pickup, inspection, and re-dispatch).
  • Free exchange if we shipped a wrong or defective item (verified via unboxing video).
  • Exchange dispatch typically within 2–5 working days after inspection approval.
  • Items must meet eligibility conditions and be requested within 3 days of delivery.

6) Pickup, Return Shipping & Inspection

  • We arrange pickup in most pincodes; if unavailable, we’ll share our warehouse address for self-ship.
  • For self-ship returns, please share the courier tracking ID with our team once dispatched.
  • Customer-initiated returns/exchanges (correct item received) are subject to the above fee or self-shipping.
  • Quality inspection takes 24–72 working hours after the parcel reaches us.
  • Please obtain approval from our support team before sending any return; unapproved returns may be rejected.

7) Orders Placed During Sales, Discounts, or Promotions

We love offering festive and seasonal value. To keep sale pricing fair for everyone, most sale/discount orders are not eligible for return/refund. However, you’ll always receive support in genuine cases (manufacturing defects, transit damage, or wrong item shipped) reported with an unboxing video within the 3-day window.

9) Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, washed, altered garments, or items missing tags/invoice.
  • Orders outside the 3-day window.
  • Accessories, freebies, or clearance sale products (unless defective).
  • Products damaged due to improper try-on or handling are not eligible for return.

Genuine defects, transit damage, or wrong item deliveries are always supported when reported in time with the unboxing video.

10) How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

11) Delivery Commitment

  • Provide a complete address and reachable phone number for delivery.
  • To update details, message us within 1 hour of ordering.
  • Couriers make 2–3 delivery attempts; missed calls or incorrect details may cause RTO (Return to Origin).

12) Legal & Fair Usage Notice

  • By placing an order on Zongée, you agree to this policy.
  • We maintain photographic and shipment records for transparency and assurance.
  • Fraudulent or baseless claims may be declined under consumer protection norms.
