Shipping policy

At Zongee, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed after 4 PM or on Sundays/public holidays are processed the next working day.
  • During new launches or sales, dispatch may take up to 5 business days.

2. Delivery Timeline

Once shipped, delivery takes:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–8 business days

Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or remote locations.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping above ₹999
  • COD Orders: Flat ₹80 COD fee
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
  • If you don’t get tracking details within 3 working days, please contact us.

5. Delivery Partners

We ship through trusted courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Shiprocket to ensure fast and secure delivery.

6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability:

  • The package may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping charges will apply if you want it resent.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally.
